We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our exchange and refund policy below:

Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will be happy to exchange it for you within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition
Refunds: We offer a refund if your item is damaged or if you receive the wrong product. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days upon approval.
Non-Refundable Items: Customized items such as personalized stickers, gift baskets, and bespoke products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a fault on our part.
